Files Converter is designed around on-device file processing. This policy explains the limited information used to operate the service.

Supported image and PDF tools run in your browser. Your selected files are not uploaded to Files Converter servers. Closing or refreshing the tab clears the in-memory results.
Service data
We may record a random session identifier, visited path, broad country code, browser locale, device class, referrer host, page views, and successful downloads. We do not store the file content in analytics.
Accounts, payments, and inquiries
If you choose a paid plan or contact us, we process the account, billing, and message details needed to deliver that service. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not Files Converter.
Your choices
You can reject advertising storage from the cookie banner. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information linked to you.
