Requesting a refund
Send the account email, transaction reference, purchase date, and a short explanation through the available support channel. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment details.
Review and payment return
Requests are reviewed against the plan terms, service usage, payment-provider rules, and applicable consumer law. An approved refund is returned through the original payment method; processing time is controlled by the payment provider and financial institution.
