Product questions and feedback
When reporting a tool problem, include the tool name, browser and operating system, input format, expected result, and the error shown. Do not attach confidential files; a small non-sensitive sample is safer when an example is necessary.
Business and security requests
Use the Files Converter Business page for team, volume, or integration discussions. Security researchers should follow /.well-known/security.txt so the report reaches the correct channel.
